Who we are

Ads Rehub (app.adsrehub.com) is operated by SIA Batwatex, a company registered in Latvia (“we”). Ads Rehub is an internal advertising analytics tool used by our team for our clients — consumer lenders.

What data we process

• Advertising account data. Campaign structure and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost) retrieved through the Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API and OpenAI Ads API from ad accounts our clients have given us access to. This is business data and does not identify individual people.
• Landing-page measurement events. Our clients' landing pages send us pseudonymous events: a random visit identifier, the advertising parameters of the visit (UTM tags and ad click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid), funnel steps (page view, form started, form submitted) and the visitor's choice about advertising cookies. We do not receive names, personal codes, e-mail addresses or phone numbers — those remain in the client's own CRM.
• Application outcomes from the client's CRM. Application and lead numbers, the stage (in progress, approved, issued, rejected) and the loan amount — without personal identifiers.
• Our team's accounts. E-mail address, hashed password and session information (IP address and browser) of people who sign in to Ads Rehub.

Why we process it

• To show our clients how their advertising performs, from ad spend to issued loans (legitimate interest and our contract with the client).
• To report approved and issued loans back to Google Ads and Meta as offline conversions — only for visits where the visitor accepted advertising cookies (consent).
• To keep the service secure and to sign our team in.

Google user data

Ads Rehub accesses the Google Ads API with the adwords scope through a service account that our clients add to their Google Ads accounts. We use this access only to read advertising performance and to upload offline conversions for those accounts. We do not use Google user data for any other purpose, do not sell it, do not use it for advertising profiles and do not use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Who receives data

• Advertising platforms (Google, Meta) — offline conversions: click identifier, time and value of the conversion, where the visitor consented.
• Anthropic — when we generate ad copy, the brief and the client's public offer facts are sent to the Claude API. No visitor or applicant data is sent.
• Hetzner Online — hosting in the European Union.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Measurement events and application outcomes are kept for as long as we provide the service to the client and are deleted when the cooperation ends or when the client asks us to. Landing pages delete forwarded events after 30 days. Team accounts are deleted when a person no longer needs access.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to object to its processing and to withdraw consent at any time (for landing-page visitors — via the cookie settings on the landing page). You may also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
